To facilitate our calculation and billing of meter charges, please report your meter reading on or before the 25th of each month by one of the following methods:

Customers are recommended to report meter on or before 25th of each month, otherwise, the invoice will be issued based on an estimation of “average monthly copy volume” or service meter record(s) of your equipment(s) without further notice.

FXHK shall be entitled through its authorized representatives to enter the Customer’s premises at all reasonable time to inspect the meter on the equipment and record meter readings. FXHK also reserves the right to issue invoice based on service meter record for those equipment(s) with consecutive meter estimation.
