Environmental Policy

Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) Limited (FXHK) will, under the motto, “an eco-friendly company”, strive to protect the global environment and prevent pollution with the full participation of our employees.

As a distribution company of the Fuji Xerox Group here in Hong Kong, and as part of a rapidly developing base focused on Asia and the Pacific regions, we will strive for excellence in our eco-conscious activities.  To this end, we have developed and implemented an environmental management system (EMS) in accordance with ISO14001 Standard. We provide the sale and service of information-related products/solutions centered on digital multi-function machines and colour printers as well as consumables.

  1. We will commit to complying with applicable legislation and regulations and other requirements to which we subscribe.
  2. We will contribute to energy/resource saving by promoting eco-conscious products, services and solutions to our customers and other stakeholders.
  3. We will voluntarily collect used products and parts from clients, and try to reuse or recycle them as far as possible under the resource recycling system of FXHK.
  4. All employees will actively participate in energy and resource saving activities to prevent pollution.
  5. We will promote purchase of eco-conscious/green products toward reducing impact to environment.
  6. We will continuously improve our environmental performance and EMS by setting up environmental objectives and targets and conducting periodical reviews.  
  7. We will encourage our contractors and suppliers to improve their environmental performance as far as practicable.

We will root our environmental policy in the consciousness of all employees, and make it readily available to the public.
